PhotoBliss is moving…

7 11 2009

So, here’s the scoop. Photobliss is officially moving to the Phoenix, Arizona area. We (my family and I) have been waiting for an official date for months, and have decided that the move will take place over Thanksgiving. So, watch out, Phoenix, here we come!
For those of you new to PhotoBliss, I am a children’s photographer. I specialize in on-location, natural light photography. I LOVE capturing children and their families in their element…not cooped up in a studio. You will find your session much less stressful than a studio session, with unique settings and tons of variety. If you’ve never experienced on-location photography, I encourage you to give it a try. You will love it!
Here’s how to get your own custom session: Visit my blog and website, check out my work, and send me an email or give me a call.

I am currently booked through January 2010, so book quickly to reserve your child or family session!
We will miss Pocatello, Idaho, but are very excited about the many possibilities for Phoenix photography. In such a large city, and with such amazing weather, it’s sure to be a wonderful experience!
See you soon!

Elizabeth.

And since a post about photography can never be complete without photos, here’s a few extra images from one of my favorite sessions this year.

Happy Halloween!

It’s a first for this little baby. I hope she had a wonderful Halloween.

My Gorgeous Cousin

…is getting married! I’m so excited for her, I had to share it with the world. I would have waited until I had enough pictures edited for a whole sneak peek, but I’m not that patient. So here’s a PRE-sneak peek to start the celebration. Congratulations, my amazing cuz.

My beautiful baby boy:

Tiff

20 10 2009

I was able to photograph my good friend, Tiff and her family. I always love photographing people I know, as it’s so easy to connect with them. Plus, I get to try out new ideas. I loved this session, especially her adorable son. Thanks for letting me spend such a wonderful moment in time with your beautiful family. Here’s a quick sample of her coming images…

Pure happiness.

My baby is seriously the happiest baby I have ever known. He smiles, giggles and coos all day long. So, I thought I’d post an updated picture of my handsome man. I will post more later. Here’s one for now.

My sister’s family: Portraits

4 08 2009

For those of you who are new to this blog, I have sixteen siblings  (yes, there’s 17 of us kids).  Three of us siblings are photographers…and I love it.  We have a blast at family weddings.  One of these photographers is Wynona of www.wynonarobison.com She came to visit and I was able to photograph her beautiful family.  They were amazing to work with and made my job so easy.  I would photograph them again in a heart beat.  I love the beautiful connection that shows in their family.   Wynona has two adorable little boys that were up to anything, especially a big huge puddle of water – check it out…

These two children were absolute treasures.  They were absolutely adorable and had so much fun playing together.  I had an EXTREMELY hard time narrowing down their pictures.  In fact, after several attempts, I gave up altogether.  They were just too cute.  Here’s a quick sample of their children’s portrait session.

Lucky Me.

13 07 2009

It’s always enjoyable to photograph a wedding.  After all, it’s one of the most important days in a person’s life.  Months of planning have gone toward preparing for one amazing day where two people join together in the bonds of matrimony.  Pretty amazing.  What makes it even more enjoyable is when the bride is a good friend and her groom is a perfect match.

Such is the case with Valerie and Kevin.  Honestly, I’ve rarely seen such a well balanced couple.  You could tell by the way they interacted that they truly are best friends.  Congratulations, you two!

I know you’ve been waiting ever so patiently, so here’s a few pictures from your post-session.  Wedding day pictures are coming next!

So, here’s the problem…

12 07 2009

Late last fall my sister, Wynona, took some amazing portraits of our family.  I’ve been meaning to blog about them for months.  The problem is, it has been extremely difficult to narrow down which images to post.  So, after much travail, here’s a few of the fabulous pictures that I love!

If you haven’t checked out Wynona’s photography, I definitely recommend it.  If you’re looking for life-style photography that’s emotive and unforgetable, book her for one of her coveted sessions.  She’s based out of the Salt Lake City area – Ogden specifically – and I would recommend her to anyone within driving (or even flying) distance.  She’s that good.
