PhotoBliss is moving…

7 11 2009

So, here’s the scoop. Photobliss is officially moving to the Phoenix, Arizona area. We (my family and I) have been waiting for an official date for months, and have decided that the move will take place over Thanksgiving. So, watch out, Phoenix, here we come!
For those of you new to PhotoBliss, I am a children’s photographer. I specialize in on-location, natural light photography. I LOVE capturing children and their families in their element…not cooped up in a studio. You will find your session much less stressful than a studio session, with unique settings and tons of variety. If you’ve never experienced on-location photography, I encourage you to give it a try. You will love it!
Here’s how to get your own custom session: Visit my blog and website, check out my work, and send me an email or give me a call.

I am currently booked through January 2010, so book quickly to reserve your child or family session!
We will miss Pocatello, Idaho, but are very excited about the many possibilities for Phoenix photography. In such a large city, and with such amazing weather, it’s sure to be a wonderful experience!
See you soon!

Elizabeth.

And since a post about photography can never be complete without photos, here’s a few extra images from one of my favorite sessions this year.

It’s a first for this little baby. I hope she had a wonderful Halloween.

My Gorgeous Cousin

…is getting married! I’m so excited for her, I had to share it with the world. I would have waited until I had enough pictures edited for a whole sneak peek, but I’m not that patient. So here’s a PRE-sneak peek to start the celebration. Congratulations, my amazing cuz.

Celebrating Life

21 10 2009

Life is a wonderful journey, filled with milestones. Some milestones are big, some are small. Some make you laugh, others make you cry. Often, it is hard to see the full benefits of each milestone until long after your journey through that particular process is complete. Gradually, what we learn during these experiences changes us and shapes our choices throughout our lives.

One of the most memorble experiences of our lives is graduation. In the prime of our youth, we make difficult decisions and begin down a path that will show the world who we are. We each hope, in some way, to make our own impact on the world. I hope that we will ensure that this impact will leave the world just a little better because of our existence.

Recently, I photographed a beautiful senior that is sure to leave a positive mark on society. Thank you, from all of us, for being so dedicated and thoughtful. I can’t wait to see what life brings you.  Or, more importantly, what you bring to life.  Here’s your sneak peek…

Tiff

20 10 2009

I was able to photograph my good friend, Tiff and her family. I always love photographing people I know, as it’s so easy to connect with them. Plus, I get to try out new ideas. I loved this session, especially her adorable son. Thanks for letting me spend such a wonderful moment in time with your beautiful family. Here’s a quick sample of her coming images…

Pure happiness.

15 10 2009

My baby is seriously the happiest baby I have ever known. He smiles, giggles and coos all day long. So, I thought I’d post an updated picture of my handsome man. I will post more later. Here’s one for now.

Family Time

30 09 2009

This beautiful family was a pleasure to photograph.  Their little ones were such good sports and remained sweet and happy throughout the entire session.  I was amazed.  Just look at their gorgeous smiles in the following sneak peek…

Moving On

3 09 2009

What an exciting, yet nerve racking time senior year of high school can be.  I remember feeling the anticipation of something new.  I also remember trying to imagine life without all my friends that were such an integral part of my life.  There are so many decisions to make and plans to finalize.  Those decisions I made my senior year have largely influenced where I am in my life now.

Knowing the importance of this approaching landmark makes photographing seniors so much fun!   I love capturing the energy and essence of someone at such a beautiful and vibrant age.  Gabby’s session was no different.  She was willing to try all my crazy suggestions.  Of course, being gorgeous didn’t hurt any either.  Congratulations on your upcoming graduation, Gabby….here’s your sneak peek.
